Below is a quick guide to help you with our processes & policies. We have answered some questions we thought that you’d like to ask.

Order:

How do I place an order?
Step 1: Pick the product(s) of your choice from our beautiful range of hand-crafted merchandise by clicking on ADD TO CART.

Step 2: Mention the number of units to be purchased and go to CHECKOUT.

Step 3: Checkout as a Guest or enter your Login details. First time users can choose to register for convenience of future checkouts. You will be required to input your billing & shipping information.

Step 4: Choose mode of PAYMENT and PLACE ORDER.

Payment:

How do I pay for my order?
You can pay for your order through your Credit Card, Debit Card and Netbanking Account.
All online payment transactions are processed by Indiavaale’s trusted payment gateway partner.
You can also choose CASH ON DELIVERY (COD) as a payment option on select PIN codes.

What is Cash on Delivery (COD)?
COD is a payment facility through which you can pay for the order once it is delivered at your doorstep. Only Indian rupees are accepted as COD payment.
You will receive a confirmation call from us when you place an order using the Cash-on-delivery method.
COD facility is available only on order value of Rs. 999 and less.

Shipping:

Do I have to pay any additional shipping charges?
Shipping is free within India for all orders above Rs. 999.

A small convenience charge of Rs. 99 is applicable on order value of Rs. 999 or less in India.

Order Tracking:

How do I track an order?
You will get an order confirmation email once your order is placed successfully. The email will contain a unique Order ID, a list of the item(s) you have ordered and the expected delivery time.You will receive a follow-up email once your order is shipped.
You can track your order by mentioning your Order Id and Email Id in the TRACK ORDER section on the Homepage. We will respond to you in 48 hours.

What is the expected delivery timeline?
We deliver an order between 2-3 weeks. This is dependent on the make of the product, your location, etc.
Our delivery partner will attempt delivery 3 times on the Shipping address shared by you on the website.
We do not deliver in J&K and Guwahati.

Cancellation Policy:

How do I cancel an order?
Indiavaale offers cancellation of orders once payment is made for them (within 24 hours) by placing the request in our CONTACT US section on the homepage or by sending us an email on info@indiavaale.com.
If you have paid online for the order, the entire amount will be refunded to your respective account in 10 working days.

Returns Policy:

What is your return policy?
At Indiavaale, we only process exchanges/replacements and no direct refunds. An exchange request can be initiated within 15 days from receipt of your order. We will send you an email confirming your request to recall the product(s) and delivery time of the replacement.
If you have wish to exchange/replace product for any reason, you can place a request in our CONTACT US section on the homepage or by sending us an email on info@indiavaale.com.

Privacy Policy:

At Indiavaale, we are committed at keeping your privacy protected. Only information relevant for fulfilment of your order is asked from you when using this website. You are required to input all details that are true and the best of your knowledge. Indiavaale only collects basic information such as name, contact information, shipping & billing addresses and other vital information needed for shipping and delivering our products to you. No information such as credit / debit card details or online back account information, etc., is stored in our database. You directly enter these details into the payment gateways, which are 100% secure. We do not handle this sensitive data or store it. Indiavaale may change this policy from time to time by updating this page.
